Event Payload Spillway is free, open-source software provided under the MIT License. The hosted site is documentation and a local demonstration.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Test configuration, recovery, expiry, key rotation, and object-store permissions before handling production events.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for webhook authenticity, encryption-key custody, storage security, retention and deletion rules, legal holds, backups, and compliance with laws and provider terms. Do not treat expiry metadata alone as guaranteed deletion.

Acceptable use

Do not use the hosted site or software to violate rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or process data you are not authorized to handle.

Scope

This library is an overflow control. It is not a durable queue, backup system, malware scanner, compliance service, or guarantee against data loss. Review the MIT License for the controlling terms.
